More Alerts Being Issued
Emergency alerts are now being issued over the TV for Fukushima, Miyagi, Iwate and Aomori areas where a currently registered 6.0 quake just hit off the coast. Tsunami warnings are being issued. Those areas are on high alert.

Earthquakes varying in size are continuing to rock Japan. Late this morning an earthquake registering at 6.4 magnitude hit the Fukushima area of Japan. Further warnings of tsunamis have been issued and are continually being issued as quakes continue. Other areas further away from the original quake yesterday that took place just outside Tokyo are experiencing earthquakes and aftershocks....

Along the coastal regions of Japan, many villages have been completely washed away by tsunamis. The number of deaths is currently in the low hundreds, however, the number of missing and dead is expected to be much higher. More than 3.8 million people are currently without power. Water supplies are currently out from water lines breaking, and temperatures are dropping and expected to be around freezing tonight.
