Free Counseling for Foreigners

There will be free counseling available to foreigner residents on February 17th, 2008 at Kyoto International Community House in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto from 1pm to 5pm on matters concerning visas, residency, legal issues, taxes, social insurance, pensions, labor conditions and mental health.
Interpreters will be available to help those who need assistance in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese and Thai.
